摘要
针对有的油库用火管理中不规范的做法,提出了必须严格执行石油库《明火管理办法》,《动火报告书》应规范填写,动火完毕坚持《动火回执单》制度。
In connection with irregular management in some oil depots, the author is going to put forth it must be strict in carrying out 'The Ordinances of Flame Management', 'The Application Report of Using Fire' must be filled in correctly and the system of 'The Feedback Report of Us ing Fire' must be implemented after using fire.
