指出内浮顶油罐底水水位高于测量管下端的开孔部位形成水封时,导致测量数据严重超差,此时应先放水达到要求后再测量。给出油罐进油后,不用采油样计算油品混合密度的方法。
The writer points out,when there is water lute because the water level at the bottom of an inner breathing roof tank is higher than the gap at the lower end of a measurement pipe,it will lead to the measurement data in excess of the error rate greatly.At the time,there ought to drain the tank down to the required waterlevel first,and then to measure.He also explains the method of computing the mixing density without sampling after filling oil in the tank.
