In order to reduce the expenditure of fuel oils of a steam-heating boiler when pipelines are conveying heavy oils,measures to save energy are adopted through practical investigation and reseach,which are rational operation,timely control and ration steam,heavy and inferior fuel oils instead of light and superior ones with the technological remoulding boiler,and keeping good heating equipment in storage areas.
