:当前部队一些油库的设备存在半地下罐、管线锈蚀严重,鹤管漏油漏气,消防设备欠缺,规章制度执行不严等问题。应加快设备的更新换代和狠抓规章制度的落实。
Recently, some oil depots under army units have equipment management problems, such as half-land storage tank pipeline's serious corrosion, pickpipe's oil leaking and gas leak ing, fire-fighting equipment deficiency, rules and regulations unstrictly carried out, etc. So, we should renew the equipments and strictly implement the rules and regulations.
