摘要
分别列举了油库和加油站两起火灾案例,指出安全教育不能只停留在口头上,规章制度不能只满足于挂在墙上,要努力提高职工遵章守纪的自觉性。
The paper cites respectively the two cases of fire in an oil depot and a gas station. Fur- thermore it points out that safety should not remain in words. We should not rest content with rules and regulation, and put them on walls. Instead we must strive to highten the workers and staff members, consciousness of observing discipline.
