哈密市水资源可持续利用初探

PRELIMINARY STUDY ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT WATER RESOURCE OF HAMI CITY IN XINJIANG UYGUR AUTOMONS REGION

哈密市位于封闭的哈密盆地,水资源缺乏,以农业用水为主。本文在分析哈密市水资源开发利用中存在的水资源外延开发、地下水位下降、土壤沙化、水资源管理制度不合理、重经济效益轻生态效益等主要问题的基础上指出要实现哈密市水资源可持续利用必须走以节水为中心的水资源开发利用道路,并提出了几点建议。

Hami city is situated in Hami basin surrounded by Tianshan Mountains,in which water resource is deficient and used mainly in agriculture. Based on analyses of main problems such as superficial exploitation on water resource,a fall of groundwater level ,soil desertification, unrationai system of water resource use and more attention to economic benefit at the expense of ecological benefit etc. during exploitation on water resource,the article points out that water-saving is the main way in water resource exploitation in order to make sustainable development of water resource of Hami city. At last,several practical proposals are put forward.
