摘要 本文采用成都同仁堂“双花饮”简方,以菊花、金银花、山揸为主要原料,配以蜂蜜和砂糖,利用煎煮的方法,研制出色、香、味俱佳,兼具治疗与保健功能的新型中药复合饮料,并对其产品进行了初步的感官评定、理化指标测定和卫生、毒理学试验。 This paper uses the biflower-drinking prescription, which comes from the herbal medcine shop Tong Rentang in Chen Du, to make a new kind of compound-bever-age. Its main ingredients are Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat, Lonicera japonico Thunb and Grataegus pinnatifide Bga. Var. major N. E. Br. , with honey and sugar added. It is made by simmering and mixing them. Its colour, smell and tasty are good. And it has ef-fects of treatment and health protection. So it is medicinal herbs also. First experiment is done to test it, including sense evaluation, physical and chemical index, hygienical test and toxicological test.
