Diathesis Education in Middle Schools Requires the Reformation of College Courses in College

本文从培养“素质教育型”中学教师的角度，介绍素质教育对教师自身素质与能力的要求，探讨面向中学素质教育的师专课程、特设课程等几个热点问题。

From the angle to train middle school teachers with the qualification of 'diathesis education', this article puts forward the requirements of being such kind of teachers' own diathesis and abilities, and discusses some hot spots about the building of the courses in teachers' colleges, the educational courses in refroming and some ad hoc courses.
