腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡医用胶粘合修补术(附12例报告)

Laparoscopic Repair For Perforated Duodenal Ulcer With Medical Glue (Report of 12 Cases)

实施腹腔镜下胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔医用胶粘合修补术12例,均粘合修补成功,无并发症,无出血,手术时间45～85min,平均57min,术后无再穿孔或瘘发生,腹壁穿刺孔均一期愈合,无腹腔内感染,住院时间5～9d,平均4.5d,对手术方法作了详细介绍。

12 patients with perforated duodenal ulcer were treated by three holes method and medical glue repair using TV laparoscope. All of the cases were cured without complications. Antiulceral medicine were used after the operation until ulcer cured. Nine cases were followed -up for 30 days to 53 days Ulcers of 8 cases were cured. The method is better than other method.
