缩窄性心包炎外科治疗10例

Report of 10 cases of constrictive pericarditis

目的:探讨和评价缩窄性心包炎的外科治疗。方法:回顾性分析10例缩窄性心包炎手术治疗方法和疗效。结果:10例病人术后症状明显改善,B超证实各房室心腔正常。结论:充分的术前准备,左前外侧加横断胸骨切口和彻底解出房室环处瘢痕环状带是提高手术成功的关键所在。

Objective: To evaluate the surglical treatment of constrictive pericarditis. Methods: To analyze the method and effect of the surgical treatment in 10 patients with constrictive pericarditis. Results: symptoms were improved slearly in all ten patients after operation, every atrium and ventricle was normal examined by B ultrasonic. Couclusion: it's very important for rising the success rate of surgical operation to full perpare before operation and clear away thoroughly ring scar on the heart.
