O月份召开的重庆市政府第29次常务会议,专门审议了《重庆市人民政府关于进一步规范政务管理,改善投资环境的决定》。市长蒲海清讲话指出,制定最优惠的投资政策,创造最宽松的对外开放环境,是我们始终不渝的追求目标,对此,市委、市政府下了最大的决心。凡是外商反映的问题,我们都要认真对待,妥善解决。无论是谁损害了我市对外开放,我们都要严肃查处,绝不手软。据悉,两件外资企业在重庆遭冷遇的往事,在张德邻、蒲海清、赵海渔、许忠民等市领导的关注下,最近得到了认真查处。一件是发生在1996年9月的事。
