本文详述了东滩煤矿副井三维变形监测的方案设计及实施方法，列出了监测及分析结果，并对方法的可靠性及效应进行检验。
This paper describes the realization of the 3D deformation monitoring of Dongton coal mine's shaft. Some results of deformation monitoring and deformation analysis are presented. Its reliability and effect are verified.
