摘要
本文论述了实现地矿科技工作持续发展必须坚持尊重知识、尊重人才，坚持科技开发和科研创新，坚持解放思想和改革开放，坚持“两手抓，两手都要硬”。
In order to continued development of technical work of geology and miner trade, the paper points out that we must uphold respect knowledge and respect talent, uphold technical development and scientific reserch, uphold liberation thinking and reformopen, uphold construction of spiritual and material civilization.
