摘要
本文介绍了一种在 JES-FElXG 型 ESR 谱仪上进行数据采集,信号平均,并进行 g 值计算,积分,感兴趣区分析和谱图对比等数据处理功能的计算机系统。系统由接口板及相应的软件组成,可大大提高 ESR 谱仪在短寿命自由基测定及微弱信号检测方面的应用。
In this paper an interface of JES-FElXG ESRSpectrometer to a microcomputer is presented.It provides following functions such as data acquisition,spectra average,g value calculation and integration,ROI analysis etc.The system consists of a card and correspoding software.It improves the application of measuring the short-lifed free radicals and to detect the weak signals.
