his project is a research for the TI DSP Challenge, which is based on the TMS320C2xx chip. The primary objective of this research is to explore a device named as “Electronic Mail Voice Assistant(EVA)”, whose fundamental function is to translate email in text format into email in voice format. It can be used as a supplemental device added to a common telephone and supply a lot of addvalue services to the users.
