小范围撕囊加侧切囊袋内人工晶体植入术

摘要 我们采用小范围撕囊或截囊行白内障囊外摘除及囊袋内人工晶体植入术。施术白内障患者365例(402眼),截囊针于瞳孔区前囊膜行3~5mm直径环形撕囊或圆形截囊,2:00及10:00钟位行侧切。观察其疗效,结果是囊袋内人工晶体植入成功率为92.8%。结论:小范围撕囊加侧切,不仅减轻了挽核时对其它方向的张力,同时又使12:00钟位残留皮质很容易彻底清除,由于保留的前囊膜较常规开罐式截囊或撕囊术多,使人工晶体的上、下襟都很容易植入囊袋内。 In order to investigate the therapeutic effects of extracapsular catarat extraction and endocapsular intraocular lens implantation by small range capsulorhexis or can opener capsulotonly, 402 eyes (365 cases)were treated. A needle was used to make a circular capsulorhexis or a can-opener capsulotomy with a radiated short cut at the capsular rim at 10 and 2 o' clock position. In the results, 92. 8% of all intraocular lens implantation was successed. Conclusion is that small capsulorhexis with 2 radial cut at the rim not only reduced the tension of removing lens nucleus,but also easily eliminated residual cortex at 12: 00 point. Because the interior capsule remained was more than that of traditional methods,the loops of intraocular lens was implanted easily.
