摘要
为了提高机械系统虚拟样机仿真精度,将柔性体连接件替换刚性体连接件,建立柔性体连接件的过山车虚拟样机模型。进行了刚性体过山车模型与柔性体连接件过山车模型的仿真比较,获得了连接件变形量、速度、加速度、连接件约束力以及节点应力的分析结果。证明了柔性体连接件在变形与受力上仿真精度高于刚性体连接件。
To improve the accuracy of the virtual prototype of a machine system, we substitute the rigid body joints with the flexible joints in this paper, and build the flexible joints roller coaster virtual prototyping model. The simulations of the rigid body roller coaster model and the flexible joints roller coaster model are carried out, and the results are compared. The transformation quantity of the joints, the velocity, the acceleration, the force constraints of the joints, and the node stress are all acquired. It is demonstrated that the simulation accuracy of the transformation and force on the flexible joints is higher than that on the rigid joints.
