Analysis of the Supply Chain Moral Hazard Based on the Principal-agent

供应链中的道德风险问题不仅增加了供应链的管理成本,同时也导致了供应链内耗的增大,使供应链综合竞争力下降。因此,防范、规避供应链中的道德风险,成为供应链管理中的重要研究方向之一。供应链道德风险的影响因素,与其自身的特殊性和社会的复杂性、多样性有关。在深入分析供应链道德风险成因的基础上,提出了降低供应链道德风险的措施。

The moral hazard in supply chain can increase the management cost, at the same time, enhance the inside consume, and decrease the integrative competition ability. So, how to prevent or avoid the moral hazard of the supply chain is an important research aspect. The factors that can affect the moral hazard of the supply chain are complicated, particularly related to the complexity and the diversity of a society. After analyzing the causes that induce the moral hazard of the supply chain, some measures to decrease the moral hazard of the supply chain are obtained in this paper.
