摘要
讨论了一种带有快速恢复反馈晶体管的 CMOS 读出放大器的新结构。该放大器和传统的 ROM 灵敏读出放大器相比,具有速度快,功耗小、电平摆幅小和密度高等优点.最后,用 PSPICE 的仿真结果证明了该设计的正确性及其优点。
A new structure of CMOS ROM Sensitive Amplifier which has a high speed restorable feedback transistor is proposed.Compared with conventional ROM sensitive amplifier,it has the characteristics of high speed,high gain,low voltage fluctuation and low power dissipation.The advantages of this structure have been verified by PSPICE simulation.
