摘要
介绍了城市轨道车辆虚拟设计和数字化仿真平台,在此平台上开发了适合我国城市轨道车辆的牵引仿真分析模块。该模块可实现在不同粘着(蠕滑)条件下的轮轨相互作用、转向架及主要零部件的动态载荷、车辆纵向动力学、电机特性、牵引和运行等功能的仿真分析。使用该模块对陕西南路-黄陂南路的一段实际线路上进行牵引仿真分析,结果与实际情况相符,验证了该模块的正确性。
An urban railway vehicle virtual design and digitization simulation platform is intro- duced in this paper, and a traction simulation module adapted to urban railway vehicles in our country is developed on this platform. This module has the following simulation ~ analysis functions= interactive activities between wheels and rails in different stickiness (wheel slippage) conditions; dynamic load of bogies and main parts; car vertical kinetics; motor characteristics; traction and running, etc. A traction and simulation job was done in a real metro line from South Shanxi Road to South Huangpi Road using the module. The results of using the module coincide with the actual situations, and verify the correctness of the proposed module.
