摘要
本文提出成为一名合格科技编辑必须具备的三大基本技能——阅读技能、评审技能、写作技能,并分别归纳了各自的特点和培养这些技能的方法。
In this paper, we proposed three basic techniques which a scientific editor should possess. These are reading ability, evaluating faculty and writing technique. The characteristics of these skills and methods of training are brilefly discussed to provide assistance for fostering a Qualified editor.
