摘要
本文从大量的图片标题翻译实例中，总结了图片标题翻译的一些特点，并从筛选信息、兼顾画面、虚实转换、套用习语等四方面探讨了图片标题翻译的一些基本处理手法。
From a large number of examples, the paper sums up a few features of translating captions of pictures, and also approches the subject from the fol1owing four aspects: information selection, conversion of feeling description to conterit statement, all for the picture theme, and using idioms.
