摘要
对于锦纶6生产中萃取废水内己内酰胺单体的国内外各种回收方法,从工艺、设备、节能、操作、经济和环境等方面进行了分析,得出采用三效蒸发装置加蒸汽夹套加列管加热的蒸馏方式的工艺路线,能够取得比较好的回收得率,也有利于实现工厂的清洁生产。
Some methods for recovery of caprolatam monomer in extraction of waste liquid in Nylon-6 production at home and abroad, have been introduced in this paper. After analyzing and appraising in the aspects of the processes, equipments, energy saving, operations, and effects of economy and enviroment , it can obtain a high recovery rate, and make it is easy to get a cleaner production.
