研制“警花”牌交通事故勘查图模板及在实际工作中应用探析

交通事故具备车辆、人员、特定道路、车辆通行过程中，并具有违法性质及损害后果５个要素。为了绘制交通事故现场勘查图，根据事故勘查人员勘查事故现场“严、准、细、快”的原则，设计并使用交通事故勘查图模板可以准确、规范地绘制现场勘查图，提高执法水平和办案质量。
