环境问题在我国起步较晚，尤其交通行业，如何处理好道路交通对环境的影响十分重要，要求在不同的设计阶段采取不同的环保措施，使得我们避免以经济的发展换来对环境的破坏，为子孙后代负责，把道路交通对环境的影响降到最低。

Environment problem starts later,especially in traffic system.It is very important that how to treat influence of road traffic on environment.During different design stage to use different environment protection measures can reduce influence of road traffic on environment.
