胸腹水和血清总胆汁酸164例检测比较

Assay and comparison of total bile acids in escitic and pleural effusion and in serum of 164 cases

笔者应用酶法试剂盒对164例胸腹水和血清总胆汁酸（TBA）进行检测比较。结果表明,同一种疾病血清总胆汁酸值均高于胸腹水中总胆汁酸,二者呈正相关,关系密切;对不明原因胸腹水,通过其总胆汁酸检测,有助于诊断和鉴别。

In 164 cases, the total bile acids in escitic and pleural effusion and in serum were assayed and compared. Reagent kit of total bile acids enzymatic method with automatic analyser model 7150 was used to measure total bile acids. In cases of the same kind of disease, the average total bile acids in serum were higher with direct correlation than those in escitic and pleural effusion. Determination of total bile acids in escitic and pleural effusion is of great value to diagnosis and differentiation of escitic and pleural ef-fusion of unknown causes.
