摘要
笔者采用一次性被动回避条件反射方法（跳台实验）,观察了苯妥英钠对小鼠学习记忆功能的影响,并与东莨菪碱、30％乙醇和氯霉素所造成的小鼠记忆障碍病理模型进行比较。结果表明,苯妥英钠对破坏小鼠的学习记忆获得的作用与东莨菪碱相类似,但不影响小鼠记忆的再现和巩固。
Dephenylhydantoin(DPH)was investigated for it's amnestric effects in one trial passive avoidance learning-step down test in mice. DPH was shown to impair acquisition of memory in mice as well as Scopolamine, but not to impair the retrieval processes and consolidation of memory.
