摘要
采用递增极性溶剂萃取、溶剂结析及多种柱层析法对裂叶荆芥穗中的非挥发油化学成分进行了提取和分离,得到了荆芥内酯、5,7-二羟基-4',6-二甲氧基黄酮、脱氢枞油烯、正高级烷烃、木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖甙、3'-羟基-4',6,8-三甲氧基二氢黄酮-7-O-芸香糖甙、新壬四酸、3-亚胺基-N-氮代乙酰胺基丁内酰胺、5-甲基-3'-羟基-4',6-二甲氧基二氢黄酮等9种化合物单体,平均提取率为0.0018%,其中荆芥内酯、新壬四酸和3-亚胺基-N-氮代乙酰胺基丁内酰胺为新化合物。
Chemical constituents of non-volatile oil were extracted and isolated from the spikes of Schizonepeta mulifida Briq with solvent extraction method of incremental polarity, precipitation of incremental solvent and muti-column chromatographymethod. Nine simple substances were obtained: schizonepetocyclicester, dehydro-sylvestrene, n-alkane, neoenneaanetetraoic acid, 3-imino-N-introgen substituted acetami-do cyclic butyamide, 5, 7-dihydroxyl-4', 6, 8-trimethoxydihydroflavone-7-0-rutinose, 5-methyl-3 -hydroxyl-4', 6-dimetboxydiydroflavone-7-0-rutinose. Among them, schizonepetocyclicester and neoenneanetetraoic acid and 3-imino-N-nitrogensubstituted aceta mi-do cyclicbutyamidc are new compounds. The average extraction rate was 0.0018% .
