羊睾丸和梅花鹿胎盘提取液中镁铁锌的测定

Determination of Mg Fe Zn in the extractions from sheep's testis and sika's placenta

利用火焰原子吸收法直接测定羊睾丸、梅花鹿胎盘提取液中镁（Mg）、铁（Fe）和锌（Zn）的含量。结果表明,其金属元素的含量多少顺序为:Mg>Fe、Zn,Fe、Zn含量近于相等,其透析法和超滤法制备提取液对元素含量有一定的影响。

The contents of Mg, Fe, Zn in the extractions from sheep's testis and si-ka's placenta were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The content order is: Mg>Fe and Fe=Zn. The two methods of dialysis and ultrafiltration have certain influence on the element contents.
