摘要
采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了蚁王壮力胶囊等11种临床上常用的补肾中成药物中锌（Zn）、锰（Mn）、铜（Cu）的含量。结果表明11种药物中含有丰富的Zn、Mn、Cu元素,且含量有一定差异,但Zn/Cu比值相差较小,为探讨药效与微量元素的相关性提供了有用的数据。
The contents of 3 trace elements of Zn, Mn and Cu in 11 kinds of often-used kidney tonic Chinese patent medicines were determined by FAAS. The results showed that all the 11 kinds of kidney tonic Chinese patent medicines are rich in Zn, Mn and Cu but with different contents. This analysis provides useful data for discussing the relationship between trace elements and therapeutic efficacy of kidney tonic Chinese patent medicines.
