中西医结合治疗肾病综合征的临床研究

Clinical study of combined treatment of nephrotic syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine

将154肾病综合征患者分为实验组和对照组.实验组78例采用中西医结合治疗,实验组76例采用单纯西药(激素、环磷酸胺)进行治疗.结果实验组完全缓解和总有效率分别为55.0%和85.0%,对照组完全缓解和总有效率分别为37%和59.0%,提示中西医结合治疗肾病综合征的疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗.

One hundred and fifty-four patients with nephrotic syndrome were divided into the experimental (78 cases) and control (76 cases) groups. The former subjects were given combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, whereas the latter ones treated only with Western medicine drugs(i. e. hormone and cy-clophosphamide). The results show that the remmission rate and total efficacy rate in the experimental group are 55. 0 % .and 85. 0 % , respectively, and those in the control group are 37.0% and 59.0%, respectively. It is suggested that combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine of nephrotic syndrome is superior to Western medicine alone.
