疏肝调冲法治疗乳腺囊性增生

Treatment of breast cystic hyperplasia by dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and regulating the thoroughfare and conception vessels

将236例乳腺囊性增生患者分为实验组和对照组.实验组174例采用疏肝解郁、调理冲任法治疗,对照组62例采用乳康片治疗.结果实验组痊愈42例(24.1%),显效58例(33.3%),有效59例(33.9%),无效15例(8.6%,),总有效率91.38%;对照组痊愈5例(8.1%),显效14例(22.6O),有效23例(37.1%),无效20例(32.2%),总有效率67.8%,治疗效果前者明显优于后者.

Two hundred and thirty-six patients with breast cystic hyperplasia were divided into the experimental and control groups. The experimental group including 174 patients were treated by dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and regulating the thoroughfare and conception vessels. The control group inleluding 62 patients were treated with Rukang tablets. The results show that the cure, obviously efficacious, efficacious, non ef-ficacious and the total effective rates of the experimental group are 24.1 % , 33.3 % , 33.9 % , and 91. 38 % and of the control group are 8.1 %, 22. 6 % , 37.1 % , 32.2 % and 67.8% respectively. The treatment efficacy of the former is superior to that of the latter.
