重用赤芍治疗慢性乙型肝炎

Treatment of chronic hepatitis B with high dosage of Chishao

将142例慢性乙型肝炎患者分为实验组和对照组.实验组90例以重用赤芍为基本方剂进行治疗,对照组52例采用一般护肝治疗.结果实验组总有效率为95.5%,对照组仅为57.6%,表明重用赤芍治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效较好,明显优于一般护肝治疗.

One hundred and forty-two patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into the experimental group and control group. All the 90 cases of the experimental group were treated with a recipe containing high dosage of Chishao;all the 52 cases of the control group were treated with general liver protectives. The results show that the total effective rate is 95.5% in the experimental group and only 57.6% in the control group. It is suggested that high dosage of Chishao is superior to general liver protectives for treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
