摘要
粉末冶金陶瓷模-热等静压技术是一种适用于难成形粉末和制备复杂形状零部件的先进的近净形成形技术。作者已系统地研究了陶瓷模的制备技术。在此基础上,本工作研究了增压器涡轮的热等静压技术。研究结果表明,采用低压预成形加热等静压成形方法,制备的钛合金涡轮形状完整,无畸变现象,涡轮的相对密度达到了99.6%。此外,对Al_2O_3陶瓷颗粒二次传压介质的性能和合金粉末的致密化机理进行了讨论。
Ceramic mold—HIP process is an advanced near—net shape technique,which is particularly well suited to produce the components with complex shapes from the powders difficult to form. The fabrication process of the ceramic mold has been approached by the authors be—fore. In this work,the last step of the ceramic mold—HIP technique,the HlP process,is inves—tigated,and a perfect titanium alloy turbosupercharger with relative density of 99.6% is pre—pared. In addition,the properties of the ceramic granules Al_2O_3 which act as pressing mediaand the densification mechanisms of the alloy powder during HIP process are briefly dis—cussed.
