MIM Fe基合金的固溶强化

摘要 研究金属粉末注射成形(MIM)铁基合金在强还原性氢气氛烧结条件下的合金化强化效果。结果表明,添加Cu、Ni、Mo等元素能取得显著的固溶强化效果,其中成分为Fe-2Ni-2Cu-0.45Mo的机械性能达到σ_b=483 MPa,σ_s=340 MPa,δ=9%和HRB=83。 Alloying strengthening for Fe—based alloys had been investigated,which prepared by metal powder injection moulding technology(MIM)and sintered under a strong reduction H_2 atmosphere. The results showed that the addmon of Cu,Ni and Mo elements can make an ap—preciable solid solution strengthening,the alloy with composition of Fe-2Ni-2Cu-O.45Mo has mechanical properties as follows:=484 MP_a,=340 MPa. =9%and HRB=83.
