飞机刹车副摩擦片压模的补偿设计研究

摘要 大压力压制的弹性变形零件压坯脱模后产生弹性变形,致使生坯的尺寸大于模具的尺寸,加压烧结零件发生不希望的非均匀的尺寸变化,某些几何尺寸收缩,某些几何尺寸扩大。要获得精确的尺寸和形状必须了解变形规律。铁铜基摩擦材料烧结时尺寸变化较大,作者在统计分析的基础上研究零件的变形规律,总结出模具各几何元素补偿设计计算公式,据此设计了新模具,并得到了实践的验证。 The extremly high pressure caused elastic deformation is recoverd so that the campactdimension exceeds the die dimension,the dimension within a powder matallurgical component are usually undesirable because of nonuniform dimensional changes during sintering. Some geometry of the part are shrink,some geometry are grown. For iron—copper friction materials giVe an increase greatly in dimensions of compact occuring during sintering. Based on the di—mensions statistic and -R plot analyse,a research into the rule of the dimension variable ofthe friction pads has been carried out. The formal to compensate design of the campact diehas been carried out. The formal to compensate design of the campact die has been found. Through eliminating the canstant system error and some of the variable system error,the di—mension and shape precision of the friction pads can be raised.
