摘要
针对粉末注射成形模具的模架设计繁琐、工作量大的问题,在AutoCADR12平台上用AutoLisp语言编制了粉末注射成形模架及标准件的参数化设计程序,提高了模具设计的速度和质量,并为粉末注射成形模具CAD系统的研制打下了基础。
This paper concerns about the problems of tedious and numerous work while designing and drawing the PIM moldset in tradition method. A program to design and draw the PIM moldset and mold standard parts has been generated based on parametric modeling with AutoLisp language under the AutoCADR12.0 system.The speed and quality of designing and drawing of the PIM mold is raised considerably when this program is run. It is also built up the base of CAD system for PIM mold design with above program.
