摘要
粉末冶金温压工艺是最近两年国外开发的一种新工艺。我们在温压模具结构和温压加热装置系统的设计和开发上,成功地设计和制造了适合于工业化批量生产的温压模具系统,已经生产出单重为950g的汽车软磁零件——磁轭,其一次压制密度达到7.4g/cm^3以上。
Whole-magnetic-pole which weighed 950 g each has been manufactured by warm compaction. The gree density was above 7.4 g/cm^3. Also we successfully designed the compact tool and heat system for warm compaction. This system can be used in industry.
