摘要
介绍了一种用La(NO_3)_3掺杂WC生产硬质合金的方法,探讨了La对WC-9(Co-75%Ni)硬质合金的物理机械性能与金相组织的影响,并对合金进行了矿山现场凿岩试验。结果表明,所考察的合金其物理机械性能对合金中La含量的变化不敏感,当La_2O_3/(Ni+Co)=0.3%时,合金中WC晶粒的异常长大能得到有效抑制,合金组织均匀化程度得到改善,合金的耐磨性明显提高,达到了YJ1矿用硬质合金的水平。
A method,adulterating WC with La(N0_3)_3,of producing cemented carblde with rare earth was introduced. The effect of lanthanum on the properties and the microstructure of WC-9(Co-75%Ni)cemented carbide was discussed and a rock drilling experlment was car-ried out. It is shown that(1)the properties is not sensitive to the change of La content in the alloy discussed. (2)when the La_2O_3/(Co+Ni)ratio is 0.3%,the abnormal growth of WC grain in the alloy can be restrained effectively,the even extent of the microstrcture isimproved and the wear—resisting property of the alloy is obviously improved and is matchableto that of YJ 1 cemented carbide for mining.
