啤酒厂污泥与啤酒糟开发蛋白发酵饲料的试验

EXPERIMENTS ON THE PRODUCTION OF PROTEIN FERMENTATION FEED FROM BREWER′S

利用啤酒厂的啤酒糟和啤酒污泥为主料，加入玉米浆、米渣为辅料，同时添加适量的无机盐，配成基质，接入三种饲料微生物进行固体发酵，开发成集能量、蛋白和酶制剂这三大功效于一体的多维多酶高价蛋白发酵饲料，既净化环境又增加经济效益，是食品工业和发酵工业副产物及废料利用的一条有效途径，能推动饲料工业、发酵工业和养殖业的发展．

With the brewer′s active sludge and grain as main materials,as well as the corn steep liquor and rice residue as supplementary matarials,and adding further inorganic salts of proper amount,the basic material was prepared and solid state fermentation was carried on after the inoculation of three feed micro organisms.This was a high grade protein fermentation feed of multi vitamin and multi enzym.Three functions,i.e.energy,protein and enzyme preparation,were combined into the feed,Then not only the environment cleaning,but also the increasing of economic benefit became possible.It was an effective way to utillze by products and wastes from food and fermentation industries.It enabled the promotion of developing industries of feed,fermentation and animal feeding.
