闭经患者的染色体异常及分析

Analysis on the Abnormal Karyotypes of Amenorrhoea Patients

利用外周血淋巴细胞制备染色体技术及内分泌测定技术,对18例闭经患者进行了检查。结果显示:染色体异常率为22.2。分析了染色体异常与闭经的关系及其内分泌值的改变,提示:性染色体的异常是导致闭经的重要原因之一,对于闭经患者进行细胞遗传学的检查,有助于病因的诊断及临床处理。

This paper studied the karyotypes and endocrine in 18 cases of amenorrhoea.The results showed the abnormal karyotypes rates was 22.2％.We analysed the relationship in abnormal karyotype,amenorrhoea and endocrine change.It showed the abnormal of sex chromosome is important reason that due to the amenorrhoea.Those facts indicate that cytogenetic examination can help the diagnosis of rhe disease reason and clinical treat for amenorrhoea.
