Report About 5 Cases of Corneal Ulcer Caused by Soft Contact Lens

结合配戴软性角膜接触镜发生角膜溃疡者5例,分析了软性角膜接触镜发生角膜溃疡的危险因素。结果显示危险因素是:戴镜过夜,未定期随访。戴镜过夜和未定期随访两因素与缺乏有关接触镜知识和正确的指导有关。

5 patients with corneal ulcer associated with soft contact lens (SCL) wear, were questioned about the knowledge of SCL and wearing procedure. Analysed the risk factors of corneal ulcer were non-aftercare, overnight-wear, Non-aftercare and overnight-wear were correlated with the lack of knowledge and education about SCL.
