TIL细胞治疗对肺癌患者红细胞免疫功能的影响

Effect of TIL on the Erythrocyte Immue Function in Lung Cancer Patients

应用TIL细胞治疗28例肺癌患者,TIL细胞的输注途径为静脉点滴和胸腔内注射,输注细胞数为2.0×10~3～5.0×11~9。输注TIL细胞后,绝大多数患者外用血红细胞C3b受体花环率(E-C3bRR)明显增高。而红细胞免疫复合物花环率(E-ICR)明显降低(P【0.01)。结果显示,TIL细胞的输注提高了肺癌患者红细胞免疫功能。

Twenty -eight cases of lung cancer were treated by tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) TIL were infused via vein or pleural cavity at the amount of 2.0~5.0×109.After infusion of TIL,The E-C3bRR was remarkably increased ,and E - ICR was declined in a majority of patients (P<0. 01 ). Results show that infusion of TIL was enhanced obviously the erythrocyte immune function in patients with lung cancer.
