The Observation on Servical Ripening with Mifepristone

本文探讨了米非司酮促宫颈成熟的效果。将228例足月孕妇宫颈评分≤6分者分为两组,观察组128例服用米非司酮50mg,12小时1次,共4次;对照组100例用硫酸普拉酮钠200mg静注,每日1次,共3天。米非司酮促宫颈成熟总有效率为93.8％,硫酸普拉酮钠为92％,两者均无明显的毒副作用。

To determine the effect of mifepristone as a cervical ripening agent in women at term. Our two group contained 228 women at term who had unfavorable cervix (Bishop score ≤6). 128 women took mifepristone(50mg/12h. total 200mg) as trial group. 100 women received sodium prasterone sulfate by in-travenous (200mg/day. total 600mg as contrail group). The total efficiency rate of mifepnstone is 93.8%, of sodium prasterone 92%. Neither mothers nor infants experienced adverse side effects. We have found mifepnstone to be a safe, efficient cervical ripening agent at term.
