摘要
采纳一种普遍适用、简便而又科学的计算方法,对学生的评教数据进行处理,并利用数理统计和教育测量的理论,对教师的课堂教学评价得分进行二次处理,以最大限度地消除由于班级不同所造成的排序不合理状况,给教师的课堂教学一个较为客观、公正的评价。
In order to give the teacher an objective, impartia evaluation. a simple but suitable and scientific calculat-ing method should be used to process the data of the students' evaluation of teaching and to process the data a secondtime by using the theories of mathematical statistics and educational measurement. I? with also help to eliminate to agreat extent the irraional arrangement caused by different classes.
