摘要 [目的]为了探索不同营养水平下育肥牛的增重效果,[方法]本文设计利木赞杂交牛与本地黄牛、西门塔尔二代杂与本地黄牛试验各一期、同品种添加不同饲料营养试验一期,比较其增重速度、产肉性能、经济效益等。试验[结果]显示,日增重、产肉性能,杂交牛都比本地牛显著提高。利木赞杂交牛与本地黄牛的试验结果为:育肥日增重,利木赞杂交牛达2 200 g,本地黄牛约为1 170 g,利木赞杂交牛比本地黄牛提高41.51%,增重效果极显著高于本地黄牛(P<0.01)。西门塔尔二代杂与本地黄牛的试验结果为:育肥日增重,西门塔尔二代杂达1 200g以上,本地黄牛为855 g,西门塔尔二代杂比本地黄牛提高22.02%,增重效果显著高于本地黄牛(P<0.05)。同品种不同饲料营养试验,添加配合饲料的试验组日增重比不添加配合料的对照组提高1倍以上,添加单一玉米粉的试验组日增重介于添加配合饲料组与对照组之间。屠宰测定结果,胴体净肉重,利木赞杂交牛为154.59 kg,西门塔尔二代杂为133.3 kg,本地黄牛为109.24 kg,利木赞杂交牛和西门塔尔二代杂平均产肉量比本黄牛分别提高41.51%和22.02%。[结论]试验结果表明,推广牛品种杂交改良和科学育肥牛技术,是促进农民增收的重要技术措施。 To identify the finishing effects of beef cattle under different nutrition, the finishing effects of different breed combination and dietary nutrition level on the finishing of beef cattle were compared. It was showed that average daily gains, beef yield of crossbred cattle were better than that of local yellow cattle. Average daily gain of Limosin crossbred cattle and Simmental crossbred were 2200 g and 1 200 g, which were higher than that of local yellow cattle for 41.5% and 22. 02% ( P 〈0.01 and P 〈0.05), respectively. Average daily gain of beef cattle fed with concentrate mixed feed was twice of cattle that no concentrate mixed feed were fed. The average daily gain of those cattle that only corn powder was added to dietary was between those of the other two groups. Slaughter results showed that neat beef weight of carcass of Limonsin crossbred cattle, Simmental crossbred cattle and local yellow cattle were 154.89 kg, 133.3 kg, and 109.24 kg, respectively. The neat beef weight of carcass of gimonsin crossbred cattle, Simmental crossbred cattle were higher than that of local yellow cattle for 41.51% and 22. 02%, respective. It could be concluded that extension of crossbred beef cattle and improving the feed technology would be a important route for farmer to increase income.
