目前中小学校长队伍还是一个在素质、水平各方面都极不稳定、极不平衡的群体，特别在一些人身上存在着心理健康问题。如：角色认知方面的偏差；个人品格方面的缺陷；心理方面的疾病。维护中小学校长的心理健康应采取下列措施：提高角色认知能力；建立良好的工作关系和制度，改善工作环境；

At present schoolmasters in primary and middle schools are still a body that is unsettled and unbalanced in quality, ability and other aspects,and there is the problem of state of mind in particular with some of them, such as the deviation in role understanding, the inadequacy in personality and disease in psychology. In order to maitain a healthy state of mind the following measures should be taken:develop the role understanding ability, establish good working relations and rules, improve working conditions and make scientific arrangement of work.
