摘要
完整的教学过程是教授和学习两种过程的有机结合、相互作用;教师通过跟踪控制,保证教学信息流程顺利进行;学生在经历同化、顺应和自我调节中达到第一次和第二次平衡,从而实现预定教学目标,形成教学新效应—新质的过程。“过程完整化”是一种素质教育模式。它首先强调的是教育观的变革,然后才是方法、手段、途径、内容等的改革。要使教学过程完整化,首先教师要转变观念,学会“过程完整化”操作。本模式在小学、中学甚至大学的文理多学科课堂教学以及班主任工作中得到推广。
A complete teaching proces is an organic combination and interaction of lecturing and learning. The teacher keeps follow-at-close-heels control so as to make sure that the communication of information is going on smoothly.The student goes through assimilation,compliance and self-ajustment to the first and second balance,thus accomplishing the desired teaching goal and achieving new teaching effect-a process of new quality. ″The integrated process″ is a pattern of quality education,laying stress first on.the reform of educational concept,and then on the reform of teaching method,means,approach and content.In order to integrate the teaching process,the teacher must first of all change his concept,and learns to control″the integrated process″.This pattern has been spread in the classroom teaching of liberal arts and science in primary school,middle school and universities,and achieved very good social results.
