In this note, we consider （2） assuming that f satisfies the following conditions（f<sub>1</sub>） and（f<sub>2</sub>）. We will develop a method entirely different from that in ref. [2] to prove that for anyweak solution of the Euler equation of （2）, we have Sing（f） Sing（u）, where Sing（u） isthe singular set of u. As a direct corollary of this result, （2） is not achieved. We assume that f∈H<sup>1</sup>（Ω, S<sup>2</sup>） satisfies the following conditions:
