In this note, we consider (2) assuming that f satisfies the following conditions(f<sub>1</sub>) and(f<sub>2</sub>). We will develop a method entirely different from that in ref. [2] to prove that for anyweak solution of the Euler equation of (2), we have Sing(f) Sing(u), where Sing(u) isthe singular set of u. As a direct corollary of this result, (2) is not achieved. We assume that f∈H<sup>1</sup>(Ω, S<sup>2</sup>) satisfies the following conditions:
