BEIJING Fortune Training School for Mentally Retarded Children aims at developing the abilities and independence of mentally disabled children. Located at Fourth Ring Road in Chaoyang District, northeast Beijing, the school provides good housing and firstrate teaching facilities for 60 mentally retarded children aged 3 to 10.
